The Evidence, Your Honor
When I fail the bar and everyone is wondering why, perhaps the following will provide adequate explanation.
Exhibit A: the many many flowers I have drawn. (Also provides clear and convincing evidence as to why I have to be a lawyer because my potential career as an artiste is dead in the water.)
Exhibit B: the "Treat of Violence." Because, according to my BarBri lecture book, secured creditors may not use the "treat of violence" to enforce their self-help remedy.
Exhibit C: Well, look, these live on my front lawn and see HOW CUTE! Who could study with them around?
